The 4500 square foot space hosts yoga classes for all levels as well as special events. Yoga Mastery Institute

Located in Pinebrook, the bright and airy Yoga Mastery Institute (previously known as Tadasana) offers daily classes, as well as a structured 12-week yoga program inspired by the martial arts. In the program, students commit to two classes per week in which they learn movements, meditation, and mindfulness skills.
