Whether you take an occasional class, practice daily, or are a beginner, there’s a yoga studio in Park City that’s right for you. With options including heated power classes, gentle and restorative yin yoga, and even paddleboard yoga in a natural hot spring, you’ll find the best type of yoga practice for your body and mind in the list below.
Enlighten Wellness
A “full-body mountain town wellness center,” Enlighten Wellness is a spacious, open, and airy studio located in the Prospector neighborhood near Old Town. Enlighten offers an array of yoga classes and styles (hot, heated, or non-heated), workshops, and wellness services such as an infrared sauna, float tank, cryotherapy, and more. Yoga classes are offered many times during the day, and there’s something for everyone—whether you’re looking for a vinyasa, power, sculpt, or yin session. Be sure to check out their special events, like a cacao ceremony or new moon flow, for a new way to deepen and expand your personal practice.
PC Yoga Collective
As you may gather from this studio’s name—and their tagline “Empowered Together”—PC Yoga Collective emphasizes the power of community. In the “Hot Room,” which uses radiant infrared heat, you’ll find class offerings nearly every hour of the day. Options on the current schedule include early-morning Rise and Shine, Bikram 60, Hot Power, and the music-based PCYC Sculpt class that mixes in weights and cardio with yoga. There’s also the non-heated “B-Side” space, which offers a variety of classes including vinyasa flows, sound baths, and specialty classes for moms-to-be and children. No matter which option speaks to you, PCYC’s excellent instructors ensure you’ll leave feeling warmed and relaxed, in both body and mind.

Another popular offering is Cheers to Yoga, which allows you to have beer or wine in class — perfect for kicking off a celebratory day!
Park City Yoga Adventures
Expand your yoga practice beyond the studio by booking an experience with Park City Yoga Adventures. This company offers outdoor adventures for groups, from hiking and yoga in a yurt to paddleboard yoga in an all-natural hot spring! In the winter, take a snowshoe trek through Utah’s “Best Snow on Earth” to a yurt, where you’ll enjoy a steaming cup of tea and a customized yoga for your group. Any time of year, you can sign up for SUP yoga in the Homestead Crater—an invigorating experience in a natural hot spring located just outside of Park City.
The Shop Yoga Studio
What began as an old barn that had fallen into disrepair, The Shop is now a vibrant, cozy yoga sanctuary beloved by locals and visitors alike for more than 25 years. The 4500 square foot space hosts yoga classes for all levels as well as special events. Rooted in Anusara Yoga, which focuses on alignment and breath control, all classes are taught by experienced and passionate instructors who each bring their signature style to the session. On the special events schedule, you’ll find seasonal gatherings, celebrations, and workshops to enrich your knowledge and practice. Check out our writer’s visit to an All Levels yoga class, and learn more about the history of this hidden gem studio.
Yoga Mastery Institute
Located in Pinebrook, the bright and airy Yoga Mastery Institute (previously known as Tadasana) offers daily classes, as well as a structured 12-week yoga program inspired by the martial arts. In the program, students commit to two classes per week in which they learn movements, meditation, and mindfulness skills. If you’re just visiting, everyone is welcome to join in one-off class offerings, which include Flow, Sculpt, and Restore. Curious about the Yoga Mastery program? Consider a free intro class, where an instructor will break down five key yoga poses, as well as discuss tenets of breathwork, meditation and yoga philosophy.
