Getting To and Around Park City
Park City is very easy to get to in the winter. Just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport for domestic and international flights and just 15 from Heber Valley Airport for private planes, you can land and be skiing the same day! Being centrally located in the western United States, Park City is a day or so drive from most major cities.
Free Public Transportation
Whether you arrive by plane or drive to Park City, winter is Park City's high season and you are encouraged to forgo a rental car or park your personal vehicles and utilize Park City's robust and free public transportation system. There isn't an area or neighborhood that doesn't have a free bus line. Park-and-Ride lots and bus rapid transit lanes make entering and moving through town very easy and comfortable. Most hotels offer free shuttle services between your accommodations and the ski areas and attractions in Park City and ride shares provide quick and easy connections between airports and other sites around town.
