Lift and Bus Access Hiking
Yes, you read that title correctly. You can take a scenic lift ride right up the mountainside in Park City and take out half the climb. Both Park City Mountain and Deer Valley offer lift rides for hikers throughout the summer and into the fall. Additionally, the Orange and Purple bus routes from the Old Town Transit Center will whisk you up to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village and Empire Lodge respectively. These are great options to experience Park City's high alpine environments without the need of a car or the hoof of hiking the lower trails.
