After your big day on the slopes, there’s a classic tradition that you simply must make time for— Après Ski. This is the post-skiing session where you reminisce on your day over food and libations. Park City has a diverse array of bars and restaurants that cater to the post-ski crowd, as most après ski establishments offer small plates for sharing or entrees for heartier appetites, in addition to warming winter cocktails and local craft brews. After a day spent carving up the mountains—an afternoon of eating, drinking and revelry, refueling, and toasting is warranted. We've carefully selected a few choice slope side après spots so you can walk right to the bar and grab a stool.
