Download the Summit County Marriage License and bring it to the Summit County Clerk's office at 60 North Main Street, Coalville. Both parties must be present with proper identification. No blood test is required. All marriage licenses are valid for ceremonies performed anywhere in the State of Utah within 30 days of issuance. Marriages may be performed at the Clerk's Office during regular business hours. This is done through a short ceremony at the counter.
