We started Red Bicycle Breadworks with the dream of bringing artisan breads to Park City’s Silly Market, delivering our fresh loaves on a red bicycle hitched to a trailer in the early years. Today, we need bigger wheels to transport our breads, but some things will never change. Red Bicycle Breadworks is a throwback to a better time, when our food was handmade, with local ingredients we could know and trust.
And our red bicycle? It’s always ready to roll!
