Kimball Arts Festival

The Kimball Arts Festival is one of the top-ranked arts festivals in the country and is back on Main Street August 1st through the 3rd. It showcases the works of jury-selected world-class artists and brings in people from all over the country to shop and collect their favorite pieces. As one of Park City's signature events, The Kimball Arts Festival is something you don't want to miss. The Arts Festival is not just a showcase, it's an immersive experience, combing art and music and activities for the whole family. Saturday, august 9th is Book Lovers Day! And there is no better way to start the celebration than to settle in with a new book over a cup of coffee or tea at Atticus Books, Coffee and Teahouse on Main Street in Park City. From there, you'll want to walk 5 minutes up Main Street to Dolly's Bookstore. Dolly's has been around since 1972 and carries a wide variety of books and gifts of local and international fame!

Tube the Weber River

Cool off and enjoy the unique scenery while tubing down the Weber River with Barefoot Tubing. No experience is required; just remember to bring sunscreen, clothes, shoes that can get wet, and something to protect your phone or camera from getting wet. The trip will last about two hours, and a shuttle will take you back to where you parked.

Park City is well known for it's huge and diverse summer trail system, event, music, and incredible restaurants. But just outside of town is the rest of Summit County, UT where rural countryside is crisscrossed by gravel and paved roads ripe for exploring on a road or gravel bike or by car on a scenic drive. Along the way are small local galleries, spots to eat, and even arguably Utah's best donuts at the Mirror Lake Station in Kamas.
