I have fond memories of coming home from football practice as a kid eating multiple bowls before falling asleep with the sauce still stuck to my face," said Eric Hill, Culinary Director at Hill Top Hospitality. "We wanted to incorporate a 'Mountain American' twist on the dish by adding elk and bison to our recipe, making it a true comfort food that is enjoyed in the dining room at Hearth and Hill and travels well to be eaten later or picked up to go."
