Overview

The National Ability Center consulted with healthcare professionals, other industry leaders, participants, staff and more in order to maintain adaptive programming during this time. We will be continuing our commitment to care with a strategic, phased reopening plan. You’ll find the same dedicated and caring NAC team you’ve come to know but things may look – and feel – a little bit different. Find out more here.

Activities include horseback riding, cycling, mountain biking, waterskiing, winter fat-tier snow biking, climbing wall, sled hockey, summer camps and much more for people of all abilities and their families. Lessons, equipment and accessible, affordable lodging available.

  • Description The National Ability Center provides world-class adaptive recreation and outdoor adventures for individuals and families of differing abilities, physical, cognitive and developmental, including competitive athletes, youth, veterans and more. Rooted in Park City, UT for over 30 years, with additional facilities in Salt Lake City and Moab, the National Ability Center empowers participants by building self-esteem, confidence and lifetime skills through inclusive programming and activities such as alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, cycling, swimming, rafting, archery, among others. As a leader in adaptive recreation and adventure, we work hard to build the #AdaptiveNation. This means bringing together a diverse community from around the globe to rally around the belief that our differences make us stronger and that recreating outdoors together can change the world.
