Main Street Snow Globe Stroll

November 28 - January 3, Historic Main Street

The Snow Globe Stroll featuring seven life-size snow globes returns to Main Street in 2024. Each themed around different holiday songs including “Last Christmas,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “Frosty the Snowman,” “Winter Wonderland,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Let It Snow!,” and “Happy Holiday.” Passersby can enjoy festive Historic Park City holiday decorations including Santa’s mailbox and the Main Street Christmas tree.

Featuring custom displays by local artists, this is a terrific family event to kick off the holidays in Park City! Check out Historic Park City for more information and map of where to find all these amazing snow globes!

Santa Comes Down Town Lift

December 21, 5:00 p.m., Town Lift Plaza

If you need even more Santa in your life this holiday season—don't miss his annual ride down the Town Lift with his magical sleigh all lit up. A great event to get the whole family extra excited about Christmas and to share in the holiday cheer with the entire community. Afterward, enjoy a magical stroll through downtown Park City as it’s decorated for Christmas with incredible holiday lights.

Park City Mountain Torchlight Parade

December 24, Dusk

Come enjoy the 58th annual Torchlight Parade at Park City Mountain Resort. This traditional celebration lights up the mountain as Park City Staff ski down the mountain in formation with giant flares.

The Grand Menorah Lighting and Parade

Grand Menorah Lighting: December 25th, 5:30 p.m.

Menorah Parade: December 28, 7:00 p.m.

Celebrate Hannukah in Park City with the Menorah Lighting and Parade, staring on Main and finishing at Miner's Hospital. This is a special event for our Jewish community and one not to be missed this holiday season! 

Deer Valley's Annual Torchlight Parade

December 30, 5:30 p.m., Deer Valley Resort

Come enjoy the annual Deer Valley Torchlight Parade at dusk. Up to 100 skiers will be skiing down the Big Stick Run with flares and even some lit up costumes. It’s a great way to start saying goodbye to 2024 that the whole family will enjoy. This event starts at dusk and includes complimentary hot cider and cookies at the Snow Park Plaza.

Canyons Village Annual Tree Lighting

November 29, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Canyons Village

Celebrate the holidays at Canyons Village with their 8th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting. Bring the fam, grab some cocoa, enjoy the live music, and revel in the incredible holiday lights! 

Historic Main Street Holiday Lighting Celebration & Small Business Saturday

November 30, 5:30 p.m. 

You're missing out on something truly special you haven't seen Park City lit up for the holidays. With colored lights crisscrossing Main and festive decorations around town—Park City looks and feels like a snow globe, especially when it snows. Visitors and locals alike are encouraged to shop local to support our business community. At 5:30 p.m., the holiday lights will officially be lit.
