Day 1

Morning Arrivals at Salt Lake City International Airport

Park City is a short 35-minute scenic ride from Salt Lake City International Airport. With 600 arriving and departing flights, scheduled daily-many of which arrive before noon - getting here is easy. Once you’re in Park City, our FREE public transportation, taxis, and private charters will get you where you need to go.

11 AM Brunch at The Bridge Café & Grill

What better way to get acclimated to the Park City lifestyle than by starting your day with our local cuisine? The Bridge Café & Grill is Park City’s raved-about eatery, serving American dishes with a Brazilian twist. They open at 8 AM and offer online ordering so if you’re in a rush from the airport, make a stop to get some delicious breakfast before you dive into our town.

1 PM Wine at Boneyard

Go for wine at Boneyard Wine Dive—offering 16 varietals of wine on tap and 80 bottles of new & old world selections. Unwind with the locals in a relaxing ambiance and one-of-a-kind venue.

3 PM Lodging/Accommodations Check-In

Park City’s properties can accommodate groups of up to 700 with 125,000 square feet of meeting space and 4,000 committable rooms. 

5 PM Orientation/Welcome Reception

Our experts can help coordinate your orientation reception. Your guests will feel the quaint mountain town welcome from the start of their stay.


Day 2

8 AM Breakfast

Start your first day of meetings with an on-site breakfast buffet. Our friendly locals are experienced in the service industry and will ensure your group gets off to a great start for a productive first day.

11 AM Meetings

May we suggest some fun & unorthodox ways to gather your attendees? The Adventures at the Stillman Ranch, Cognition Winery and Historic Miner’s Hospital are popular sites for off-site meetings and offer an unconventional twist to your meeting.  

5 PM Dine at Powder

Wrap up a day of meetings by dining at one of Park City’s true culinary gems, Powder. 

Your group can enjoy a menu driven by the seasons and inspired by the finest local ingredients. 


Day 3

8 AM Catered Breakfast by Savoury Kitchen

12 PM Lunch

Arrange for a themed and engaging lunch. Invite local performers to entertain your guests while they enjoy the lunch hour. Consider inviting Olympic athletes from the Utah Olympic Park to show off their jumping skills and choreographed mid-air twists and turns with an on-site performance. Afternoon Departures from Salt Lake City International Airport
