Step into Park City for an experiential site visit to unlock the potential possibilities for your next unforgettable meeting. This visit isn’t just about touring venues—it’s a dynamic experience that showcases the best of our alpine destination and gives you the opportunity to interact with our team and partners in person. If you schedule a site tour, we’ll reimburse your airfare when you book a qualified meeting.

How to Qualify

1. You must submit a new RFP by June 30, 2026.
2. Your group must book a minimum of 50 room nights lodging at one of our meeting
properties.
3. Airfare will be reimbursed upon receipt of airfare costs and copy of signed hotel
contract.
4. The meeting must be booked and the contract must be signed prior to June 30, 2026.
5. Airfare reimbursement up to $750 is issued per group contract.
