As an incentive travel expert, she is particularly drawn to showcasing Park City to prospective incentive programs. As the world becomes increasingly generic, Tonya understands that a unique sense of place, abundant natural beauty and a humble and sincere local welcome all help to make Park City a rewarding destination experience for meeting attendees.
Carolyn’s career began in the hotel industry in Southern California where she worked at several properties in PR, Advertising, Sales, and Marketing jobs. The Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills was her first hotel venture which fueled her passion and drive to move ahead in the industry.
As National Sales Manager for the Park City Chamber Bureau, Kim Davis loves sharing the town’s beautiful mountain setting and luxury accommodations with groups and associations. Kim knows firsthand what it takes to hold a successful gathering. She has enjoyed a wide variety of hotel roles, from Front Desk to Special Events and ultimately, General Manager. She is particularly skilled at coming up with creative solutions for meetings and loves to make sure clients have as many options as possible to choose from when planning an event, whether it be corporate or social.
As Group Sales Manager, Alex Hagn enjoys the opportunity to share the unique heritage that makes Park City a coveted year-round mountain destination. He was drawn to the Park City adventure-filled lifestyle and moved from Denver in 2010 to become part of the local community and work in the hotel and hospitality industry.
As Group Sales Coordinator, Cassandra Rodriguez finds great joy in assisting the team to bring meetings and events of all kinds to this beautiful mountain destination. Before joining the Park City team, Cassandra held various hotel operations roles in the Northeast. She found her passion in sales & events and spent several years in the boutique hotel world. Intrigued by the immense access to outdoor recreation, she made the move to Park City in 2020 and has enjoyed the culture of adventure and the welcoming spirit of the town ever since.
