As Vice President of Group Sales, Tonya Sweeten has spent the last ten years helping meeting planners and corporations locate their events and conferences in Park City. She joined the Chamber Bureau in 2007 after spending the better part of a decade with Morris Meetings & Incentives. As the world becomes increasingly generic, Tonya is particularly drawn to venues and destinations that showcase both a unique sense of place, abundant natural beauty and a humble and sincere local welcome.
Carolyn’s career began in the hotel industry in Southern California where she worked at several properties in PR, Advertising, Sales and Marketing jobs. The Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills was her first hotel venture which fueled her passion and drive to move ahead in the industry.
As National Sales Manager for the Park City Chamber Bureau, Kim Davis loves sharing the town’s beautiful mountain setting and luxury accommodations with groups and associations. Kim knows firsthand what it takes to hold a successful gathering. She has enjoyed a wide variety of hotel roles, from Front Desk to Special Events and ultimately, General Manager. She is particularly skilled at coming up with creative solutions for meetings and loves to make sure clients have as many options as possible to choose from when planning an event, whether it be corporate or social.
As Group Sales Manager, Alex Hagn enjoys the opportunity to share the unique heritage that makes Park City a coveted year-round mountain destination. He was drawn to the Park City adventure-filled lifestyle and moved from Denver in 2010 to become part of the local community and work in the hotel and hospitality Industry.
Sarah Kluger is Group Sales Coordinator for the Park City Chamber / Bureau. In this role, she assists meeting planners with their requirements and connects them to the National Sales Team managers at the Bureau to facilitate event bookings. Prior to joining the Chamber / Bureau Sarah worked for Deer Valley Resort for several years as part of their Empire Pass lodging group.
