As a veteran inspection company, thermal imaging is included as part of every Redstone inspection at no additional charge, rather than an add-on service. Thermal imaging is critical in identifying issues such as moisture penetration and energy inefficiencies. As in-floor radiant heating is common in Park City, thermal imaging can verify that this complex system is functioning.
Our contracted service is a detailed visual inspection of all structural elements and systems accessible. The home's roofing, exterior, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, insulation, and interior are all inspected.

About The Owner
Wayne Edwards, owner/operator of Redstone Home Inspections.
Originating from England, Wayne arrived in the USA in 2000 to become a snowboard coach. Wayne coached in Maine, South Lake Tahoe and right here in Park City. He loves to snowboard with his two young children, and also enjoys soccer.
Wayne started his journey as a home inspector in 2011, and has performed thousands of home inspections.
