As your Private Chef I will  work with you to create a perfect menu. If you have a favorite food , dietary or allergy restrictions I will take that into account when planning your meal/meals. Meals can be themed, served family style or coursed out. Fresh, local and organic ingredients make up a big part of all my menu's. With over 30 years of Chef experience I am comfortable cooking all types of food from a casual buffet of comfort food to a 10 course plated tasting menu. I also have over 10 years of Sushi experience and have accounts with the best sushi purveyors if that is what you are looking for.
