Park City Municipal owns and maintains several historic buildings and spaces throughout Park City that are available for public rental and use. Check out the facilities listed below for more information and to see if one of our spaces would be a good fit for your group or event.

Park City Library

Park City Library

The historic Park City Library is located at 1255 Park Avenue in the heart of Park City, includes meeting and conference rooms on all three levels, which are available by reservation throughout the year. Renovated in 2015, meeting rooms offer beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding area. The five hundred seat Jim Santy Auditorium is located on the third floor of the Park City Library alongside the Community Room. The auditorium offers a large stage that allows production, as well as a projection room for both standard and digital film formats. The Park City Library is a community facility available to non-profit, local, and private groups for presentations, performances, services, films, and community gatherings. The Park City Library is also home to the annual Sundance Film Festival, as well as local organizations such as the Park City Film Series, the Park City Cooperative Preschool, and Lucky Ones Coffee. Miner's Hospital

Miner's Hospital

The historic Miner's Hospital is located at City Park at 1354 Park Avenue and is available for public and community use up to a hundred people from March 2 - August 31.
