Woodward Park City
Bring your group to a world-class, year-round action sports destination in one of the greatest outdoor regions in the world. Woodward Park City features indoor and outdoor facilities throughout a fully integrated campus made up of a state-of-the-art action sports hub and more than 80 acres of action sports and mountain parks.
Groups will find open-air spaces and venues to accommodate mountain biking, skateboarding, BMX, scooter, parkour and so much more. Open 365 days a year, the venue’s Indoor Hub is available for 2-hour sessions starting every hour for groups looking for instruction and lessons.
DeJoria Center
Located just 16 miles outside of Park City, DeJoria Center is a world-class facility situated on the beautiful 1,100-acre High Star Ranch and one of Utah’s best concert venues. The facility also offers 31,000 total square feet of event space among 14 rooms, some of which are custom-configurable to manage groups from 10 to 2,000.
But DeJoria Center is more than just a place to meet during the springtime. The ranch offers guided outdoor adventures from mild to wild - with an on-site outfitter to equip your group with everything you’ll need. Groups can enjoy country-inspired cuisine slow-cooked to perfection at State Road Restaurant, as well as craft cocktails and over 20 beers inside State Road Tavern.
High West Distillery & Saloon
Plan a fun, springtime outing making whiskey and vodka at High West Distillery & Saloon. The venue features a full-service bar with a tasting room and alpine-inspired cuisine. In Old West towns, the saloon was the place to gather for just about everything. Carrying on the Western tradition, the distillery offers 8,500 total square feet among five wonderfully decorated rooms for private meetings, conferences and events. Able to hold groups from 10 to 175 people, the venue is designed to accommodate your unique needs.
High West Distillery at Blue Sky
High West Distillery at Blue Sky offers a scenic backdrop for your spring meeting. Whether it’s a corporate event, private tour and tasting, or welcome reception, the venue provides a full-service experience for your attendees. Featuring 5,000 total square feet among three meeting rooms, High West Distillery can accommodate groups of up to 60 people.
Rotary Park & City Park
Open-air venues and springtime spaces are not hard to come by in Park City. Rotary Park and City Park both offer beautiful outdoor settings with pavilions, BBQ grills, and spacious areas for activities. City Park can hold up to 250 people and features 10 large picnic tables while Rotary Park can accommodate up to 70 people and offers six large picnic tables. Both are ideal for any small or large group looking to get outside in the fresh springtime season.

Park City's Historic Main Street features a plethora of meeting spots for refreshing event experiences that go beyond traditional options. Be sure to stop by a favorite local hangout spot, No Name Saloon & Grill. Centrally located on Main Street, the venue is the pulse of the Utah bar scene and features an upstairs deck and a heated outdoor patio that is quite a treat come springtime.

Meetings reach their peak, even outside of peak season! Spring is in full swing from mid-April to mid-June, which means planners can get the lowest venue and lodging rates over any other season. Accessibility to Springtime Accommodations
Park City is a world-class resort town located less than half a day away from anywhere in the United States and a quick, 35-minute scenic ride from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), making it an easily accessible springtime meeting destination from anywhere in the country. Once you land at SLC, the convenience continues thanks to a number of shuttles, rental car services and bus services available for transportation.
