Mandatory Mountain Facial Attire

Mandated by Summit County, Utah, all individuals are required to wear face coverings in indoor spaces open to the public, and at all gatherings, indoor and outdoor, of over 50 people in one location.

  • Face coverings are required upon entry for all guests and staff have daily temperature checks; guests receive a gift bag at check-in with masks, hand sanitizer, COVID-19 information card, and bottled water

  • For all events, meeting planners will receive a guide outlining all recommended and mandated state and local guidelines along with spacing diagrams to assist with safety first
  • Hotel offers two ballrooms with 4,000 and 6,000 square feet, smaller meeting and banquet rooms offering natural light, and expansive lawns, outdoor terraces and decks with stunning mountain views
  • Elevated housekeeping operations to include more disinfecting, non-invasive temperature readings, and more strictly enforced hygiene practices and physical distancing throughout all areas of the hotel with a staff trained in these new protocols

  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitization practices and procedures for social distancing have been put in place throughout the property, and the overall cleaning frequency has been increased
  • Wellness stations with hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes are available throughout the hotel
  • The hotel will offer unique private dining experiences throughout the property
     

St Regis Deer Valley

The St. Regis Deer Valley
  • 14,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space comprising 11 versatile venues—including a 2,800-square-foot grand ballroom, three additional breakout rooms, and two terraces totaling 7,000 square feet. Staff can configure each venue in a variety of layouts and seating arrangements to suit your specific meeting needs.

A Hotel Buyout for Your Small Group Meeting
  • Ideal for smaller groups, Park City's historic Washington School House has been reimagined as a luxe, quaint boutique hotel that can now be bought out for your next meeting or event. 
  • Travel + Leisure magazine highlighted the hotel's privacy package including its own heated pool, a private chef and 13 stunning guest rooms among on-mountain activities at Deer Valley Resort and throughout the destination.

Jeremy Ranch Country Club

  • Implemented event planning guidelines with adjusted capacities in the Canyon Room to be 80 guests max at full rounds with six feet distance between tables
  • Club Courtyard offers an outdoor lawn setting for groups to gather outside
  • Outdoor dining available on the lower patio by reservation only, social distancing applies and allows a max party size of six with limited seating
  • Signage around the property as a reminder to adhere to physical distancing and required face coverings indoors
     

O.P.Rockwell

O.P.Rockwell
  • O.P. Rockwell and The Rockwell Listening Room have worked closely with the Summit County Health Department to ensure that every precaution has been taken for health and safety while reopening their doors for entertainment
  • With 6,600 total square feet of music hall and exhibit space for up to 480 attendees, the venue is deep cleaning and sanitizing surfaces before, during, and after events
  • Safe social distancing is required of staff and guests at all times and a one-way flow has been established through areas where maintaining that distance isn’t possible
  • Hand sanitizer available at entrance/exit, restrooms, and other convenient stations throughout the room
  • Staff is required to complete daily wellness checks and temperature logs
  • A sanitation-focused manager is on shift during all events
     

4U Ranch

4U Ranch
  • 75 acres of stunning ranch property with a timber-wood barn that can be used for event space 
  • Attendees must maintain six feet of distance while walking to the venue which will be observed by directional markers on pathways
  • In the reception area, tables will be in groups and separated by distances outlined by the county and observed by the caterer/restaurant association guidelines
  • Seating assignments will be designed by the client and planner to mitigate contact with others and will be clearly posted
