Hosting your meeting in a brewery can set the stage for a convivial atmosphere filled with networking, ideas, and fun... not to mention it breaks up the monotony of meetings.
Brew up your own nontraditional meeting—for smaller, more intimate sized groups—with a relaxing and social setting, unique meeting space, and some of Park City’s best-crafted suds.
Wasatch Brew Pub
Park City’s first brewpub opened in 1988 at the top of Historic Main Street. Mixed elements of wood and metal create an industrial vibe inside, while the outdoor patio adds a unique space with gorgeous Wasatch views outside. The Wasatch Brew Pub can accommodate from 10 to 200 guests and is excellent for more intimate sized meetings. The brewery offers two private areas, The Mezzanine and The Tap Room, both feature patio access, a private bar, flat-screen televisions (with a separate audio system), and mountain views.
Squatters Roadhouse Grill & Pub
Squatters Roadhouse Grill & Pub, a founding father of the brew scene in Utah, has been pouring handcrafted ales, stouts, and lagers since 1989. Not only a recipient of numerous beer awards but also of several environmental awards—due to the reduction of their carbon footprint while brewing—Squatters is an excellent pub choice for green meetings. With a cocktail event capacity of 250 and sit down dining capacity of 135, Park City’s brewpub hotspot can host your large groups comfortably in an inviting atmosphere with scenic mountain views.
Red Rock Junction
Located in the Redstone Center, Red Rock Junction offers groups a selection of award-winning brews, a full liquor, and wine selection, and a delicious menu. With 1,440 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a theater, banquet room, and large event room, groups from 10 to 130 can be comfortably accommodated.
