1. Give Ear To Some Live Music
Park City's summer concert scene includes shows and festivals for almost every musical taste and features live music, brews and outdoor views. Here's a peek at this past summer's concert series.
2. Unwind & Wine Down
Our wine bars, pubs, and nightclubs give you plenty of opportunities to unwind and network or let off some steam after a day of meetings. O.P. Rockwell is excellent for corporate & private events, and Flanagan's on Main, The Spur Bar & Grill, and The Cabin are quirky and unique to our area. Of course, we can’t leave out No Name Saloon, a local favorite.
3. Get Silly
If attendees in your group are planning an extended stay into the weekend, they’ll be able to experience the Park Silly Sunday Market. Most every Sunday, June - September, the market takes over Historic Main Street, giving attendees the chance to roam up and down the beloved thoroughfare. They can shop the unique vendor booths, sample craft beers, pop in a local eatery and soak up the sunshine and live music.
4. Take Tubing & Rafting Excursions
Tubing and rafting are great for your adventurous groups—those who don’t mind a little rowdiness and a little water. Both offer an unrestrained feel for your team building exercises and give your groups a chance to see the beauty of Park City from the water. Here are a few places that offer excursions: All Seasons Adventures, Park City Rafting, High Country Adventure, Exclusive Excursions, Utah Outdoor Adventures. Explore more in or around Park City!
5. Explore Scenic Trails
Your team & groups can meander along the 400 continuous miles of recreational trails in Park City. Mountain Trails Foundation gives a great overview of trail conditions, trail etiquette and provides summer interactive maps to help with planning. 6. Be an Olympian for a Day
Treat your group to a day at Utah Olympic Park (UOP). Imagined and built for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, UOP features adrenaline-oriented experiences like a challenging ropes course, zip lines, a tubing course, bobsledding and more. Attendees can also see Olympians and National Team skiers and snowboarders perform acrobatic feats during the Flying Ace All-Stars Freestyle Show.
7. See A Performance…
Or a play, or some live music at the historic Egyptian Theater. This landmark is a community treasure with scads of character and well-reviewed showings. There’s no such thing as a ‘bad seat’ this must-visit venue.
8. Zipline In The Elements
From 800’ ziplines to the world’s biggest zip line over water, Park City is home to many adventures that will, no doubt, add some zip to your team activity. (If your hands got a little clammy reading that, you may want to skip down to #10.)
9. Take A Hot Air Balloon Ride
Park City Balloon Adventures is great for smaller groups (2 to 30), however large corporate groups can receive a customized group adventure. They are the only company in Utah that accommodates groups of up to 30 people. Find out more about the summer specials while you’re here.
10. Channel Your Inner History Buff, Without The History Channel
Take a historic tour. To learn some interesting history about our mountain town, plan for your groups to stop by Park City Museum, located in the heart of Park City's historic Old Town district.
