The Brass Tag restaurant in the Lodges at Deer Valley is open from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. nightly starting December 2 and offers dinner service during the summer and winter seasons. Enjoy a selection of fine Italian cuisine either at your table or to-go, including ravioli, gnocchi, brick-oven pizza and more. Deer Valley Creamery’s refreshing selection of housemade ice cream is also available. The enchanting atmosphere harkens to Park City’s silver mining heritage. A full bar, beer and wine are available, and we can accommodate all dietary needs. New this year, al fresco dining is available featuring fireside desserts. Guests may make reservations online or by phone, but they are not required.
