Red Maple Catering serves groups from four to 300 (give or take), in Park City and beyond, and in many different formats. Chef Marc and his team can provide everything “in” -- as an in-home private chef experience preparing and serving either a plated or family-style sit-down breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. The company also caters for events such as après-ski receptions with passed hors d’oeuvres, or private parties and celebrations. Additionally, Red Maple can prepare meals or menu items for drop-off or delivery to a client’s door.
