At the crossroads of three of the top ten ski resorts in the country, Park City Culinary Institute is the ultimate gourmet destination. Attend a cooking class and be on the world class slopes of Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, or the Canyons, within minutes. We are designing a distinctive program for professionals, including signature courses that will prepare students for jobs at the world class ski resorts and restaurants of the Rocky Mountains.
The school is also building a robust calendar of receational programming, including classes for serious amateurs. Our goal is to have programming scheduled seven days a week, from dawn to dusk, to be able to challenge and inspire at any skill level.
