Our team of talented Chef Instructors and Event Planners bring experience from the Ritz Carlton, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan and PepsiCo as well as the Canyons, Deer Valley and Sundance Resorts. Prior to joining the Park City Culinary Institute, our team has led trainings in Osaka, Shanghai, Dubai, Barcelona and New York. We love leadership training and experiential education.

We can accommodate 20+ people in our Demonstration Kitchen, 15 to 100+ in our conference/private dining  facility, and 100+ on our patio.

We also offer Private Dining, Conference and Meeting Facilities and Off-site Catering.  Previous guests have called our programs "The best dinner I've ever had," "Well-run," and "Even Better than a Day of Powder Skiing." Please visit our website or call for more information.
