Follow the paved trail to the McPolin Barn, after crossing the bridge stay to the right and continue slightly uphill to an intersection where you will take a right on the paved Farm Trail. The beginning of the McPolin Farm Nature Trail will be .15 mile on the left side. The trail winds through aspen groves along the hillside passing 11 interpretive signs. There are a couple of shady benches along the route that are perfect for taking snack breaks for young hikers.
