Overview
Overview- The Utah Olympic Park is a winter sports park that was built for the 2002 Winter Olympics and currently offers year-round adventures. This trail loops around the top of the Olympic Park offering amazing views of the ski jump and bobsled tracks as well as the surrounding areas. What to Expect – The route begins on the east side of Bear Hollow Drive on the Iron Bill Trail. This trail traverses along the hillside heading northeast above the Bear Hollow neighborhood. At .5 mile you will reach the intersection with the Legacy Loop from here head uphill to your left. As you gain elevation the route offers amazing views of the 1,200-acre Swaner Nature Preserve, Kimball Junction and the northern side of Park City Mountain. At .75 you will come to an intersection with the Legacy Ridge Trail keep right and continue on the Legacy Loop. The trail will make a counter-clockwise loop back around the beginning point where you will connect back to the Iron Bill Trail.
