Weeknight wizardry means fresh, healthy ingredients, minimal preparation, no hovering over the cooktop, and everything ready at the same time. However, the great flavors, presentation and minimal clean up are the true evidence of wizardry at work! Make the most of basic kitchen equipment - a sheet pan, a cast iron skillet, dutch oven and simple baking dish. Each recipe on the this menu is a blueprint for creating your own dishes with your choice of ingredients and flavors.
