Being a native Californian, I am frequently asked how I like the Park City winter. My answer is always “I love it!” Do I miss somethings? Well ….. okay, I admit it. I miss my year round vegetable garden and cooking outdoors all year long! I get pretty excited when the snow is gone and temperatures are no longer freezing - it is time to ‘‘Unleash” the Green Egg and outdoor pizza oven from winter storage.
