Embark on a Japanese culinary journey featuring an 18-course Omakase menu with innovative sake pairings co-hosted by Chef Hisashi Udatsu and The Lodge at Blue Sky. After 15 years as a sushi chef in Kanda and a Michelin-starred sushi house in Ginza, Chef Udatsu opened his eponymous restaurant, Udatsu Sushi, in the trendy neighborhood of Nakameguro in the Spring of 2019. Known for his creative otsumami (appetizers) mixed with traditional nigiri (sushi) paired with a brewer-to-restaurant allocation of rare sakes all set in a secluded unmarked location, Udatsu Sushi has quickly become a word-of-mouth dining destination for chefs, artists and entrepreneurs from around the world. Chef Udatsu joins us at The Lodge at Blue Sky for a pop-up culinary experience featuring an 18-course Omakase menu with paired sakes that have never before been imported to America.
