Thai food - delicious and fun! With increased availability of ingredients locally and online, many Thai dishes are quite easy to make at home. Tonight you will learn to make and enjoy two traditional dishes - Thai Green Curry with chicken and Thai Style Sweet and Salty Shrimp. You will learn to make your own green curry paste and learn how to work with ingredients such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, Thai chiles and galangal. Round out the meal with an appetizer, salad and dessert .

Appetizer: Thai-Style Smashed Potatoes
Salad: Garden Salad with Miang Dressing (tamarind, ginger & chili)
Entrees: Thai Green Curry with Rice and Thai Style Sweet and Salty Shrimp with
Smoky Stir Fried Greens

Dessert: Thai Lemongrass Bars
