Tonight you will learn to make and enjoy two traditions dishes - green curry with chicken and tom yom noodles with shrimp. You will learn to make green curry paste and how to work with ingredients such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, Thai chiles and galangal. Round out a the meal with an appetizer, salad and dessert .
