Gai yang is the Thai word for grilled chicken that is typically cooked on skewers using a whole bird. Learn to make a traditional cilantro and lemongrass marinade for this BBQ dish. To accompany the chicken, you will create a beautiful salad of garden greens and herbs with a tangy tamarind, lime, and ginger dressing. For side dishes, prepare crispy ginger rice and a simple watermelon lime dish. For dessert, prepare coconut meringues to enjoy with house-made mango sorbet.
