Join us for fun night at Mindful Cuisine and learn to make these fabulous Italian dishes.  Enjoy bright refreshing flavors (all dishes are naturally gluten free).

Menu:  Burrata with Celery and Herb Salad with Pesto; Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi; Lemon and Olive Olive Poached Fish - Salsa Verde; Green Beans with Charred Onions; Strawberry Granita with Amaretti

Mindful Cuisine offers a variety of classes throughout the year. 
In our classes, you will learn to cook delicious food in a comfortable dinner party environment. Each class features a special menu created by Chef Linda or guest chef instructor. Most classes run about 3 hours. Each class includes:

  • a snack or appetizer prepared by the Chef in advance
  • fresh and seasonal ingredients
  • emailed recipes and tips to use at home
  • at end of class everyone will dine together sharing the prepared meal or in workshop classes, take home prepared items

Most classes are designed for adults only. Classes for kids and families are identified as such in the class listing.

Pre-registration and payment are required! Absolutely no dropins.  Mindful Cuisine Kitchen classroom is in a private home.
