Soup - simple to make, warm and delicious and a perfect "do-ahead" meal. Take time to learn to make some new soups to add to your repertoire this fall. Soups will be served with a side salad and fruit dessert.
Menu: Avgolemono Soup with Greens - a new take on this classic Greek soup; Ancho Chili Soup - similar to a Red Posole but chicken replaces traditional pork (don't worry, the ancho chilies are used to create depth of flavor rather than heat), and we'll have fun with lots of condiments; The Most Amazing Carrot Soup Ever; Rustic Shrimp Bisque
