You will start off this meal with a refreshing crab and tomato salad. Next you will create a peperonata from a medley of sweet and mild peppers. It is still too hot to turn on the oven so let's cook this chicken dinner outdoors on the BBQ. Served on top of the peppers, all the delicious juices and brown bits will run together. You will make a creamy white heirloom bean ragu bursting with fresh herbs. Finally, sweet and delicious grilled stone fruit with all sorts condiments to dress it up to your liking!
