You will start off this meal with a refreshing crab and tomato salad. Next you will create a peperonata from a medley of sweet and mild peppers. It is still too hot to turn on the oven, so let's cook this chicken dinner outdoors on the bbq. Served on top of the peppers, all the delicious juices and brown bits will run together. You will make a creamy white heirloom bean ragu bursting with fresh herbs. Finally, sweet and delicious lattice crust caramel apple pie!
