Posole is a great dish for a crowd. It is a flavorful Mexican stew with a great variety of condiments guests can add to their liking. We will create a richly flavored mild red vegetarian posole. Chicken tinga can be added by those who wish. For spicy food lovers, there will be chiles and a hot salsa, also. The array of condiments will include chips, cheese, fresh vegetables, guacamole, pico de gallo, limes and more! To accompany the posole we will prepare a quesadilla appetizer, salad, and dessert.
