This is a pasta class that requires no special pasta making equipment. You will make dough, roll it out and shape it by hand. In class, you will learn to make three varieties of pasta by hand and a seasonal sauce for each. Agnolotti (a filled pasta) will be stuffed with a Taleggio cheese and eggplant filling and served with a cherry tomato sauce. Farfalle (butterflies) will be served with a spring pea ragu. Orecchiette are paired with farmers’ market vegetables and Italian sausage. An Italian chopped salad and a berry tiramisu for dessert will make a complete meal. This class has the most hands-on elements of all our classes and is great for those looking for active involvement!
