Pasta By Hand- Spring

Hand make pasta dough, learn to roll out dough sheets and how to make hand formed shapes. You will make three varieties of pasta and a seasonal sauce for each. When pastas are complete you will sit down to a dinner that includes an appetizer, seasonal salad, tasting portions of the three pastas and sauce and a dessert. This class has the most hands-on elements of all our classes and is great for those looking for active involvement!

Spring 2023 Menu:
Appetizers: Burrata with Spring pesto 
Salad: Spring Panzanella
Pastas: Uovo in Raviolo with Brown Butter Mushroom Sauce, Gnocchi with Lemon and Herbs, mini Artichoke Lagsana with Herb Laminated Pasta
Dessert: Strawberry Balsamic Ice Cream with Fresh Strawberries and Chocolate Sesame Crunch
