Hand make pasta dough, learn to roll out dough sheets and how to make hand formed shapes. You will make three varieties of pasta and a seasonal sauce for each. When pastas are complete you will sit down to a dinner that includes an appetizer, seasonal salad, tasting portions of the three pastas and sauce and a dessert. This class has the most hands-on elements of all our classes and is great for those looking for active involvement!
