In this class, you will learn to make three different pastas. You will make dough, roll it out, then form shapes by hand. In addition, you will learn to make a seasonal sauce for each pasta. We will start with Pumpkin Tortelloni (a larger version of tortellini) with sage and pumpkin seeds. Next is Orecchiette (little ears) served with broccolini and Italian sausage. Our third pasta with be Gnocchetti with Caramelized Onions, Cheese and Breadcrumbs (this is a definite comfort dish). An Italian chopped salad and gelato sundae will make a complete meal. This class has the most hands-on elements of all our classes and is great for those looking for active involvement!
