Overview

Join us for three nights during the second weekend of the 2023 Sundance Film Festival for CHAMBER, a 10-course Omakase dinner by Chef Diego Zapata. You can expect an array of unique bites along with an optional cocktail/alcohol menu. The menu will consist of various fish and seafood ethically sourced directly from Toyosu Market in Tokyo along with locally sourced ingredients and exciting flavor combinations.

Beverages, cocktails, and sake will be served and available for purchase at the event. This is a 21+ dinner and venue; no minors will be allowed. Menu subject to change. No substitutions.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for the 5 p.m. first seating, which concludes at 7 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. second seating. Out of respect for your fellow diners, please arrive on time. If you arrive late, you will forfeit the courses you missed and join in with the next available course.

FAQ

Will tickets be available at the door? Possibly, but it depends on the night. Your best bet is to reserve in advance.

Where is the venue located? O.P. Rockwell Cocktail Lounge & Music Hall is located downstairs in the subterranean "speakeasy" level" at 268 Main Street in Park City, UT.

Are children or minors allowed? O.P. Rockwell is a state-licensed BAR, therefore everyone attending must be 21-and-over. All guests must be prepared to present a valid ID at the door regardless of age.

How to pay: We currently accept credit and debit cards as well as Apple/Google/Samsung Pay at the box office and bar. Staff and select performers may receive cash tips.

But, I have a shellfish/soy/peanut allergy: Not all allergies/dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please let us know if there is a concern and we will do our best to cater to your needs. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
