Enjoy preparing a mix of fairly classic Italian and Italian American dishes. For our appetizer, you prepare grilled mushrooms with smoked Scamorza cheese with housemade grisini. Next will be a Sicilian-style citrus salad. For the main course, Chicken Parmigiana and a side of handmade artichoke ravioli. For the dessert, we will finish with a Hazelnut and Chocolate Torta. Great meal for families and groups looking for a lot of hands on interaction!

Appetizer: Funghi all Griglia con Scamorza e Grissini con le Olive- grilled assorted mushrooms with Italian smoked cheese with housemaid bread sticks with olives.
Salad: Ensalata Invernale di Argrumi - Citrus Salad with Chicories and Olives,
Parmigiana di Pollo con Ravioli ai CarciofiChicken - thin chicken scallops coated with crispy seasoned bread crumbs, topped with melted cheese and marina served with a side of artichoke ravioli that you will hand make.
Dessert: Torta alle Nocciole e Cioccolato Amaro - hazelnut and dark chocolate made with local Ritual chocolate tart (gluten free)
