Enjoy preparing a variety of fairly classic Italian dishes. Some foods, such as a platter of fritto misto, are made for gathering. For our antipasto, or appetizer, we will prepare a fritto misto of vegetables and seafood. Next will be a Sicilian-style winter citrus salad. For the Primo, first course, we will prepare handmade Tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach, served in a broth with shaved Pecorino. For the Secondo, main course, Chicken Parmigiana. Dolce, the dessert, we will finish with a Vanilla Budino with a Salted Caramel Sauce. Budino is an Italian custard dessert.
