MICHAEL GRIMM, a powerhouse of soul, delivers a powerful voice while tearing away at the guitar. Grimm’s roots were in country music, and at the age of 17, he won a Christian Country Music Association Award for his single “John Wayne and Jesus.” Since then, Grimm’s style has evolved into an Americana Blue-Eyed Soul Singer. It was this sound that earned him recognition, several more albums, and named him the winner of America’s Got Talent Season 5. Grimm has toured nationally and internationally, tearing the house down each time, and has had the pleasure to work with legends such as Bill Medley of the Righteous Brothers, B.B. King, The Doobie Brothers, HEART, Stevie Nicks, Greg Howe, and so many more. In 2015, Michael released an Americana rock album entitled Grimm which won him several nominations including Best Male Artist, Best Music Video – Generation Next, and Best Song – Generation Next.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael was headlining his residency at the prestigious Smith Center in Las Vegas (where he will return once the venue reopens), working on a musical project with mentor Bill Medley, and touring monthly to various locations to see his fans! During the pandemic, Michael turned his attentions to an online presence by starting his own monthly livestream called "Live with Michael Grimm," featuring a full production multi-camera concert, guest artists, and more. It was also during this time of shutdown that Michael released an EP entitled Encoded that consisted of songs produced by mentor Bill Medley. Several months later he hit the recording studio again and put out a unique, soulful Christmas album just in time to brighten the holidays.
Now well into 2021, Michael returns to the road and to the stage to hungry fans all across America. With a multitude of shows already on the calendar and more to come, Michael is grateful to be back in front of his fans. Today, he is excited to announce the release of his latest single, "America The Beautiful" in honor of the Fourth of July and his love for his fellow Americans. Michael Grimm is a true artist, an inspirational singer, and a must-see performer! For more on Michael Grimm, visit www.MichaelGrimmMusic.com.
