Mezze - a style of dining in the Mediterranean and Middle East in which diners share a collections of small plates - hot or cold, vegetarian and meat. In this class you will prepare a collection of dishes to create a mezze meal, as well as a selection of kebabs on the grill.
Menu: Grilled Flatbread & Hummus; Traditional Israeli Chopped Salad (tomatoes, cucumber & herbs); Mujadara (rice & lentil dish with baharat spice & crispy caramelized onion); Fire Roasted Eggplant; Roasted Zucchini with Feta & Hazelnuts; Chicken Kebabs in Harissa Marinade; and Vegetable Halloumi Kebabs with Green Tehina; & Ground Lamb Kebabs. Dessert - Lime & Basil Cream with Fruit & Ginger Crumbs.
