This class is all about Spanish flavors. We will begin by creating two delicious tapas and a roasted beet and orange salad. Our entree will be a classic Spanish version of "surf and turf," a dish titled Mar y Montana with chicken, Spanish chorizo, shrimp & mussels, piquillo peppers and seasonal vegetables served with saffron rice. Pan con Chocolate with olive oil and sea salt will provide a sweet note to finish our meal.
