LINOLEUM is the story of Cameron Edwin (Jim Gaffigan) who lives a mundane life in a small Ohio town with his wife Erin (Rhea Seehorn) and daughter Nora (Katelyn Nacon). But when a satellite falls from orbit and crashes into their home, Cameron decides to fulfill his unrealized dream of becoming an astronaut by rebuilding it into his own rocket ship. Erin and Nora are convinced he is just experiencing a midlife crisis, but Cameron is convinced something bigger is happening, and as surreal events begin to unfold around him, he begins to question the nature of reality itself.
