37th Park City 4th of July 5K Fun Run benefitting Park City Ski and Snowboard
Keeping a Park City Community Tradition Alive!
Kick off Summer 2021 with the Park City 4th of July 5K Fun Run, benefitting the athletes of Park City Ski & Snowboard. This summer marks the 37th year for the 4th of July 5K Fun Run in our community and PCSS, along with long time partners Cole Sport & Industrial Supply are keeping the tradition alive with a virtual run format. You can still run, jog, walk or push the baby on the established 5K Run route in Park City OR on your own 5K route anywhere you might be! The run is open from June 16th until noon on July 4th. Each registrant will receive a custom moisture wicking buff.
This 5K run is open to everyone of every ability to complete on their own schedules between now and Sunday July 4th. Participants may choose to run the traditional Park City 5K route (starting at Cole Sport on Park Ave), or run your own 5K route anywhere you may be. A “Park City 4th of July 5K Fun Run Club” has been established on Strava, utilizing the traditional 5K Run Route.
In lieu of medals & T-Shirts, each registration will include a custom moisture wicking buff. We encourage local participants to pick up their buff at Cole Sport, 1615 Park Ave, Park City UT 84060, (9a-6p) from June 16th - noon on July 4th. We will mail buffs to out of town participants (USPS mailing address noted in registration).
For the more competitive participants, we will be putting together an online form (honor system) to record your times and win bragging rights in different categories. Check back here soon for more info!
We will be doing walk up registration outside Cole Sport from 10a-4p on July 1-3 and from 9a-12p on July 4th.
Let’s Celebrate Together
