In this class, you will learn that preparing seafood on the grill is easy, fun and delicious. Enjoy the warm summer night and beautiful mountain view while cooking. Begin by preparing an appetizer of clams and mussels dressed with a lemon caper sauce, served with garlic bread made from house-made sourdough bread. Enjoy a salad of freshly picked Italian greens and grilled calamari. For the entree, prepare a Sicilian-style halibut and grilled summer squash with herbs and Parmesan. For dessert, Italian cookies and grilled summer fruit with mascarpone and honey.
