This is a summer grilling class. Our menu features grilled seafood served with a lemongrass, ginger and coconut broth and herbed crouton. You will have the opportunity to make additional grilled dishes to accompany the seafood and broth. The accompanying dishes will feature fresh seasonal produce and summer fruit.
